In case you receive the Simgot - DEW4X with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

My first experience with a dac

Ps:- I'm new to this audiophile community.

I'm currently using My Moondrop Aria 2 & Chu with the newly launched Dew4x & it's sounds way better than it sounded with a 3.5 mm headphone jack. I'm listening to different audio formats namely flac, dsd & Pcm for watching movies. I'm listening to different music artist from Yoasobi, Kenshi Yonezu, Bebe Rexha, Eminem, Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish & many more.

I'm using my Aria's with 4.4mm balanced cables.

How does it sounds?

Well it's warm & Neutral Dac Signature doesn't elevates any certain frequencies.

- About Dew4x -

Only reason I bought this over the Fiio KA13 is the chip difference, it comes with the same Cirus C43198 that comes with the moondrop Moondrop Moonriver 2 that is 2x the price of this Dac.

Pros
~ It's compact.

~ Neutral warm signature.

~ Won't get hot after 2 hours of music listening (Currently it's summer). Gets little warm to the point where it totally normal.

~ Battery Drain is very nominal. (My phone comes with a 5000 mah battery)

~ Built quality seems sturdy.

~ I tried connecting them via an otg to simultaneously charge my phone & listening to songs and it works.

Con's

~ No pause, Skip/ Previous buttons.

~ The USB type c to type c cable may break sonner than you think if you use it carelessly even though it's a braided cable.

~ Moondrop Chu sounds even more flat with this dac than before. I think that's how they are intended to sound. (Sound is subjective so it's differs from person to person)

~ No designated app like moondrop or Fiio.

~ I tried them with an old 2021 budget Realme phone and it didn't work.
