What does "ships within 24 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.

What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

In case you receive the iBasso - DX260 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

The Octa DAC chip arrangement aims to let you experience superb sound quality with its record-setting THD+N measurement that hits -123dB. This achievement of iBasso sets a new standard in the industry.

The iBasso DX260 houses an APX555 Chipset, which is known to be excelling in the industry. The iBasso DX260 is equipped with a dedicated USB receiver, aiming to make its name for universal audio standards with true Hi-Res capability. The USB 3.1 high-speed transmission supports the USB-DAC mode and provides low latency in the USB-DAC mode. The USB 3.1 output power is enough to drive any IEMs and full-size headphones. The DX260 supports ASIO/WASAPI output with SNR 133db, a dynamic range of 134dB and SNR up to 133db along with frequency response up to 10Hz~75kHz -1dB.

iBasso has introduced their 2nd generation FPGA- Master, after an effortful year of algorithm development. The FPGA audio system controller directly requests audio data from the SoC and plays a crucial role in signal reproduction and maintaining signal integrity. Good price better performance

I have been using this device for last two weeks... and I am in love with it. I have never heard a dap performing this good for the price.
Yes ofcourse for few songs the bass sound muddy, sometime mids are really forward but still I love the dap for its battery backup and Sonic capacity .
Very handy comfortable, good user interface and wonderful effective parametric equaliser makes it the best option for the particular price range.
Now if I talk about battery replacement then for us it is no use because battery is not available here in india..not even hpz can help you with that .
